Case Description
I AM A 22 YEAR OLD MOTHER OF TWO WHO IS ON SSI/SSDI. I HAVE TWO HAVE ALOT OF FENTAL WORK DONE AS YOU CAN SEE. I AM WILLING TO MAKE PAYMENTS I AM ALSO WILLING TO DO ADVERSTING. I KNOW THAT I DON'T WANT TO BE IN DENTURES AT 23 WHICH I TURN IN SEPTEMBER. BUT IF SOMEONE DON'T HELP ME I WILL. SO WITH THIS I AM PLEAING FOR HELP TO MAKE MY SMILE BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE HAD 12 OPERSTIONS ON MY FOOT 5 OF THEM BEING A BONE GRAPH AND FUSION OF THE JOINT. IF YOU KNEW MY STORY I JUST HOPE THAT IT WILL TOUCH ONE PERSON TO HELP ME...
